"I AM -- Thoughts For Meditation" -- Spirit gave me this meditation one morning in the spring of '89, and directed me to read it onto a cassette tape, and to play a few simple flute pieces, at the beginning, middle and end. I did so, and listened to it hundreds of times. It was the single most effective tool in training my consciousness in the process of Consious Allowing. This is the text of the meditation, and soon I hope to have audio files uploaded here as well. Perhaps you'll find it useful too.
